T-Mobile Blackberry Torch 9810

Here are the T-Mobile Blackberry Torch 9810. T-Mobile just piled another Blackberry on top of their list of RIM devices.  However, unlike Sprint’s Torch 9850 the Torch 9810 sports a slide out keyboard and a touchscreen that is .5-inches smaller, 3.2-inches to be exact.  Powering the BB 7.0 OS is a 1.2Ghz processor, which is further supported by 4G connectivity.  Continuing on its path for mediocrity RIM has included a 5-megapixel camera that can record 720p HD video and sports an LED flash.

If you’re looking for this device, you’ll have to wait until November 9th, when it goes on sale at T-Mobile stores and their website for $249.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate.  However, if you’re a business customer you can score it one week earlier, which makes sense, since the Torch 9810 is clearly targeted at those folks.

Motorola Droid RAZR

Nice to know that Google’s Android operating system managed to pull Motorola back from the brink with the original Motorola Droid, and here we are many generations later with the Motorola Droid RAZR, perhaps the amalgamation of both names might prove to be quite the killer. No matter what people say though, you cannot deny that this is also a thing of beauty, basically putting “impossible” into your pocket.

While mom tells us not to judge a book by its cover, you certainly cannot deny the fact that the Motorola Droid RAZR certainly has the bite to back up the bark, so to speak. Sporting 1GB RAM inside alongside Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread right out of the box so that you need not waste your time waiting for software updates, you will also be able to stream and download content from your computer to the device itself immediately thanks to the Motorola MotoCast app. At the front lies a 720p-capable video camera, while there is also an 8-megapixel camera at the back that does Full HD resolution shooting.

Someone should do a drop test on this puppy, as it sports Corning Gorilla Glass that helps protect against surface scratches, in addition to boasting a water repellent coating – and that is not only on the outside, but even on the electrical boards within as well. Something tells me that this is going to be a huge success just like its predecessors, assuming it is priced right. Nokia Lumia 710 unveiled

Here are the Nokia Lumia 710, the Nokia Lumia 710 takes on a more youthful appearance, where it has the ability to exchange back covers in different colors to suit your mood and fashion sense for that particular day – bringing back memories of those Xpress On covers in the past. Well, enough about history – the Nokia Lumia 710 is clearly future forward in terms of software, which we will cover in greater detail after the jump.
Too bad it comes only in black and white colors, but at least the back covers have a far wider range to choose from – black, white, cyan, fuchsia and yellow. In front lies a 3.7″ display at 800 x 480 pixel resolution with a ClearBlack TFT which is touted to deliver great looking colors as well as readability in bright sunlight. When you flip the Nokia Lumia 710 over like a burger patty, you will find a 5-megapixel auto-focus camera with an LED flash that also does HD video recording at 30 frames-per-second.
Since nearly everyone and their dog has a social network these days, you will find the Nokia Lumia 710 accommodating in this aspect, boasting full integration of Facebook, Twitter and Linked-In, letting you share your freshly snapped photos with but a couple of taps on the screen. Internet Explorer 9 will be the mobile browser of choice, where it will also play nice with a gamut of modern HTML5 web apps.
Opening up the Lumia 710′s chassis will reveal the same 1.4GHz processor, hardware acceleration and graphics processor that is found on the Nokia Lumia 800, accompanied by 8GB of internal memory and 512MB RAM. Connectivity options include quadband radio reception, 3G up to HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Expect the Nokia Lumia 710 to hit Europe first for around $270, followed by other parts of the world later in the year and early 2012. Nokia Lumia 710.

Nokia Lumia 800, the First Windows Phone

Nokia has recently been going through turmoil when it comes to its future direction in the mobile phone industry. One of its chosen paths towards rising up is by partnering up with Microsoft in a bid to develop and make a Windows Phone worthy of the consumer’s attention. And it seems that Nokia may have already made its case with its announcement of the new Nokia Lumia 800, Nokia’s first truly Windows Phone.

 

The Nokia Lumia 800 looks typically like the recent Nokia N9. It is designed with tapered edges to give it a thinner look than its 12.1mm or 0.5 inch profile. It comes with a Carl Zeiss Tessar lens and with a clear black AMOLED display. But what might make it interesting is that it runs on the Windows Phone Mango OS. The new Nokia Lumia 800 was recently shown at Nokia World 2011. There’s no word yet on when it will be made available or how much this phone will cost.[source:gadget]
